Privacy Policy
At EX TRAA (EX TRAA FOR PROMOTIONAL GIFTS PREPARING), licensed in Dubai, UAE, we protect the privacy of our business clients. This document details how we handle the company name and design files submitted for custom branding runs.
Information Collection
We collect standard business contact information (representative name, business email, shipping address, mobile numbers) and logo files submitted during checkout or request forms. This data is only used to manage transactions and ship products.
File Retention
Your custom branding logos and design templates are kept securely in our design folders. You may request file removal from our production servers once the bulk delivery is completed.

Payment Conditions
Custom orders require a 50% deposit before printing plates or laser setups are initiated. The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery at your Dubai showroom or warehouse location via transfer, cheque, or cash.
Production Lead Times
Standard lead times are calculated from mockup sign-off. Since items are printed with unique logos, custom merchandise cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts.
Logo & Intellectual Property Usage
We enforce strict rules to safeguard client logo assets and intellectual property:
Branding Guidelines
- We only use client logo files to fabricate the specific custom products specified in signed purchase orders.
- Your logo will never be printed on showcase samples distributed to other organizations.
- We will not publish pictures of your branded merchandise in our public portfolio page without your explicit marketing team authorization.
Warranty & Representation
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess legal rights and licenses to print the logos submitted to us. EX TRAA is not liable for copyright issues arising from customer-provided artwork.
