What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product category. For example, standard lanyards and promotional plastic pens have an MOQ of 1,000 units. For electronic accessories (like Bluetooth speakers or MagSafe chargers) and eco-friendly bamboo sets, the MOQ is 100 units. High-value VIP gifts can be customized in smaller quantities, starting at 20 units.

Can we get a digital mockup before production?

Yes. Once you select a product and submit your logo (preferably in vector format, such as AI, PDF, or EPS), our design staff will provide a free digital mockup. We show the exact sizing, placement, and coloring. Production will only begin after you sign off on this design proof.

How long does custom production and delivery take?

Standard lead time is 7 to 12 working days from mockup approval to delivery, depending on the order size and style. For urgent events in Dubai (such as GITEX or regional exhibitions), we offer expedited production schedules. Please contact our support team immediately to verify layout slots.

Can we request a physical pre-production sample?

Yes. For bulk contracts exceeding 5,000 units or high-end VIP gift sets, we can manufacture a physical pre-production sample. Sampling fees may apply depending on the item and stamping mold required. The sampling fee is fully refundable upon final bulk order placement.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept bank transfers (direct deposit to our Dubai bank account), cash, or corporate cheques. For online orders and samples, we accept credit cards. Our typical payment structure is a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due immediately upon delivery of products.
